Among the top notes, the rose of Jebel Akhdar — fresh, pure, hand-picked in the mountains of Oman — brings a subtle sophistication to the composition. Its delicate rosewater nuance blends with the sweet halwa accord, enriching the gourmandise with floral refinement.
